Costs of Mediation. The Parties will bear their respective costs incurred in connection with the mediation described in this Section 9.19, except that the Parties will share equally the fees and expenses of the mediator, the costs of obtaining the facility for the mediation, and the fees and expenses of any experts employed at the mediator’s request.
Costs of Mediation. Each Party shall bear its own costs incident to mediation and they shall share equally any other costs for the mediation services.
Costs of Mediation. (1) Each party to a dispute that was the subject of a mediation in accordance with this Subdivision must pay half the costs (if any) of the mediation (being all reasonable costs associated with the conduct of the mediation), unless the parties to the mediation agree otherwise.
(2) Each party to a dispute that was the subject of a mediation in accordance with this Subdivision must pay that party’s costs of attending the mediation, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Costs of Mediation. Costs of mediation, if any, shall be equally borne by the parties.
Costs of Mediation. (a) Unless the Parties agree otherwise:
(i) each Party is liable for their own costs of the mediation; and
(ii) the Parties are jointly liable for the following costs of the mediation:
(iii) the cost of the mediator;
(iv) the cost of the room hire (if any); and
(v) the cost of any additional input (including expert reports) agreed by both parties to be necessary to the conduction of the mediation.
Costs of Mediation. Mediation shall be conducted by a mediator from the Baltimore Mediation Center (BMC), who shall be compensated at the rate of $400 per hour for hours spent in the conduct of mediation sessions or in working on behalf of the participants to achieve the goals of mediation, including phone calls and the like.
Costs of Mediation. Costs of the mediation shall be borne equally by the parties, except that each party shall be responsible for its own attorney's fees and expenses.
Costs of Mediation. Each party will bear one-half of the cost of the fees and expenses of the mediation. Each party will bear all its own (and their advisors') costs and fees incurred initiating, preparing, and presenting its case with respect to the mediation.
Costs of Mediation. The Parties must pay the mediator's remuneration in equal shares. Each Party must pay its own costs of the mediation.
