COUNCIL RECOGNITION Section 1. Recognition. The Employer recognizes the Council as the exclusive representative for all engineering employees employed by the State of Minnesota for more than fourteen (14) hours per week and more than sixty-seven (67) work days per year as certified by the Bureau of Mediation Services Case No. 80-PR-1298-A.
