COUNCILOR XXXX. 1. Parking & Traffic Safety Action Sheet and Minutes of the February 4, 2016 meeting Councilor Xxx moved to approve and accept the action sheet and minutes of the February 4, 2016 Parking & Traffic Safety Committee meeting. Seconded by Councilor Xxxxx and voted.
COUNCILOR XXXX. 1. Parking & Traffic Safety Action Sheet and Minutes of the August 4, 2016 meeting Councilor Xxxxx moved to approve and accept the action sheet and minutes of the August 4, 2016 Parking & Traffic Safety meeting. Seconded by Councilor Spear. Councilor Xxxx spoke to the three month pilot program in front of Breaking New Grounds for parking the mopeds and motorcycles. Councilor Xxx said the 15 minute parking spot on the corner of Hanover Street and Bridge Street should be reevaluated. He said the neighborhood would not support this if they understood this issue. He said he opposed the 15 minutes spot. Councilor Xxxxx said we should not create any more 15 minutes spaces until we have more parking downtown. Motion passed. Councilor Xxx voted opposed.

  • Council Tax Payment of Council tax will normally be the responsibility of the Tenants in the Property. However, landlords should be aware that where a property is empty, let as holiday accommodation, or let as a house in multiple occupation (HMO) responsibility for payment of council tax then rests with the owner of the Property.

  • Central Bargaining Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, in the event the parties to this Agreement agree to negotiate for its renewal through the process of central bargaining, either party to this Agreement may give notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for amendments on local matters proposed for incorporation in the renewal of this Agreement and negotiations on local matters shall take place during the period from 120 to 60 days prior to the termination date of this Agreement. Negotiations on central matters shall take place during the period commencing forty-five days prior to the termination date of this Agreement. Any difficulties in this regard shall be submitted to the Implementation Committee for resolution.

  • Occupational Health & Safety Committee (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of health and safety in the Home, in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness.

  • TFEU The Board of Governors shall approve the application for accession of the new ESM Member and the detailed technical terms related thereto, as well as the adaptations to be made to this Treaty as a direct consequence of the accession.   • UNION XXXXXXX 9:01 The Union may appoint and the Employer shall recognize a Xxxxxxx for each shop, job or area.
