COUNCIL’S OBLIGATIONS. Council's obligations under this Agreement include the obligation to make all reasonable efforts to: a) enter into contractual arrangements with a licensed electrical contractor, who has experience and expertise in the Solar Energy industry and who is of good repute, to supply and install the Solar Energy System; b) ensure that any Contractor engaged under clause a) provides the supply and installation of a Solar Energy System to the Owner within a reasonable time of this Agreement being entered into.
