Common use of COUNCIL’S OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

COUNCIL’S OBLIGATIONS. Council's obligations under this Agreement include the obligation to make all reasonable efforts to: 5.1 enter into contractual arrangements with a licensed electrical contractor, who has experience and expertise in the Solar Energy industry and who is of good repute, to supply and install the Solar Energy System; 5.2 declare the Scheme and collect payments from the Xxxxxxxxxxx in accordance with clause 4; 5.3 ensure that any Contractor engaged under clause 5.1 provides the supply and installation of a Solar Energy System to the Xxxxxxxxxxx within a reasonable time of this Agreement being entered into; and 5.4 assign all warranties attaching to the Solar Energy System to the Xxxxxxxxxxx in accordance with clause 7.
