Counterparts; Facsimile or E-Mail Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, telecopied signatures or signatures transmitted as a PDF attachment to an e-mail may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement or any document delivered pursuant hereto, and City and Strada intend to be bound by the signatures on the telecopied or e-mailed document.

Counterparts; Facsimile or E-Mail Signatures. This Lease may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which shall be deemed to be one and the same instrument. This Lease may be signed by the respective parties on separate pages, and may be delivered on separate signature pages intended to be attached to the Lease, and when the signatures of all parties are attached the Lease will be deemed fully executed. Signatures may be delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission and may be delivered on separate signature pages intended to be affixed to the Lease. Any party delivering a signature by facsimile or other electronic transmission (i) agrees that any signature so delivered shall be deemed an original signature for all purposes, (ii) acknowledges awareness of the fact that other parties to this Lease, and third parties who may examine this Lease, including, without limitation, a court or arbitrator, will rely on such signature and (iii) hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Lease based the form or delivery of such signature.
