Counterparts; Facsimile Signature Pages. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and each such counterpart shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one Agreement. For purposes of binding the parties, signatures may be exchanged by the use of facsimile and confirmed by live signatures circulated immediately thereafter.
