Country Allowance. On Call Roster Allowance
(a) Employees may be required to be “on-call” to promptly respond to work- related matters outside of their regular working hours.
Country Allowance. An employee employed at a country branch of CMI where administration duties form part of his required skillset will be paid a weekly allowance of $15.00
Country Allowance. Country allowance will be paid to flight attendants in accordance with the entitlements of flight attendants employed by the client airline in its domestic/short haul operations.
Country Allowance. The Company and the Association may identify from time to time some patterns that may require the payment of a manually calculated "Country Allowance''. This "Country Allowance" will be calculated as follows:
14.1.1 Country Allowance= (Agreed International Meal Allowance+ ODTA) - (DTA + Route Pay).
14.1.2 When the difference between the DTA for this pattern and the Country Allowance is AUD$50 or less, then the Country Allowance will be withdrawn.
14.1.3 The Country Allowance will be calculated and reviewed on a pattern by pattern basis.
14.1.4 The Country Allowance will be paid in arrears in the fortnightly pay runs, and the company will cease to pay the OTA cash advance.
