PROCEEDS OF CRIME LEGISLATION The Depositor acknowledges that the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and Regulations apply to the operation of the Account and that the Financial Institution will, from time to time, request information from the Depositor to address the reporting, record-keeping, client identification, and ongoing monitoring requirements of that legislation. The Depositor agrees to abide by and comply with all such requests.
STATE MEAL MANDATE When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR and LEA shall satisfy the State Meal Mandate under California Education Code sections 49530, 49530.5 and 49550.

Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, the bidder hereby certifies that he/she is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed the State of Texas under Chapter 171, Tax Code.

Applicable Legislation If and to the extent that any provision of this Agreement limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Legislation, the mandatory requirement will prevail. The Corporation and the Subscription Receipt Agent each will at all times in relation to this Agreement and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Applicable Legislation.
