COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES. In consideration of District’s development and implementation of a Homework Center in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, County Superintendent will pay to District the total amount of $ (“Grant Award”). Payment of the Grant Award shall be paid to District at the conclusion of the contract term upon submittal of evidence of program expenditures and evaluation establishing compliance with the terms of this Agreement and expenditure of the Grant Award and District matching funds in accordance with the budget set forth in Exhibit A.

COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The County Superintendent shall enter into contracts with local elementary school districts to establish homework centers in San Mateo County. Each contract shall generally conform to the terms set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement, which is attached hereto. The County Superintendent has the ability to alter contract requirements with local elementary school districts to incorporate selection criteria based on past performance measures and/or other measures of economic or academic need in the 2011-12 academic year.

  • Districts Responsibilities 1. The DISTRICT shall provide to the ARCHITECT information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT’s objectives, schedule, and budget constraints, as well as any other criteria provided by the DISTRICT.

  • ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect represents that it is properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the Project is located to provide the services required by this Agreement, or shall cause such services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals.

  • County Responsibilities 5.1 The COUNTY shall designate a COUNTY staff member to act as COUNTY’s Project Manager. It is agreed to by the parties that the COUNTY’s Project Manager will decide all questions, difficulties, or disputes, of whatever nature, which may arise relative to the interpretation of the plans, construction, prosecution and fulfillment of the Scope of Services, and as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done, and materials furnished, under or by reason of this Agreement. The COUNTY’s Project Manager may appoint representatives as desired that will be authorized to inspect all work done and all materials furnished.

  • Superintendent's Duties The Superintendent’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations and directives. The Superintendent agrees to devote the Superintendent’s time, skill, labor and attention to all required duties throughout the contract term. The Superintendent shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns. By agreement with the Board, the Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out the Superintendent’s duties and obligations to the District.

  • District Responsibilities With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the employee, whether for membership dues or equivalent fees, the District agrees promptly to remit such monies to the Association together with an alphabetical list of unit members for who such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished.

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES The Construction Manager’s Preconstruction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2. The Construction Manager’s Construction Phase responsibilities are set forth in Section 2.3. The Owner and Construction Manager may agree, in consultation with the Architect, for the Construction Phase to commence prior to completion of the Preconstruction Phase, in which case, both phases will proceed concurrently. The Construction Manager shall identify a representative authorized to act on behalf of the Construction Manager with respect to the Project.

  • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.

  • Authority’s Responsibilities Authority will perform maintenance and repairs to the parking lot and concrete paving of the Common Use Areas and will perform maintenance and repairs to the Cargo Building, including (1) the roof (structure and membrane), foundation, load bearing walls, and other structural elements; and (2) exterior maintenance (painting and landscaping). Authority retains the right, after giving reasonable advance notice to Company, to enter upon the Premises to perform any repair thereon, including utilities, which serves, in whole or in part, areas other than the Premises. Authority will endeavor to use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Company’s activities.
