Common use of County-Union Meetings Clause in Contracts

County-Union Meetings. ‌ From time to time issues of mutual concern will arise which may need discussion between the COUNTY and the UNION. Such discussion, when practicable, will be held during regular working hours on COUNTY premises and without loss of pay to participating employees, provided that such employees will not exceed two (2) in number unless otherwise agreed to by the COUNTY. Notice of the prospective topics of discussion will be furnished with the request for a meeting.
