County’s Project Monitor. The County’s Project Monitor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of this Contract; provided however, in no event shall Contractor's obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of the Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby. The County’s Project Monitor reports to the County’s Project Manager.
