Course Assignments. Salaried Adjuncts would be eligible to receive courses during the course assignment procedure set forth in Article 10, at the same time in the process as tenure-track faculty. It is understood and agreed that this may impact the availability of courses for other Bargaining Unit members. If these courses are cancelled, they shall not be subject to the course cancellation fee(s) set forth in Article 12. In the event of a reduction in load, the Salaried Adjunct’s salary would be pro-rated accordingly.
