Course/Program Eligibility Sample Clauses

Course/Program Eligibility. Courses on behalf of which a Nurse might be eligible for educational assistance are limited to approved courses at an accredited institution which contribute to professional growth and are deemed appropriate to the Nurse’s job. Such courses might include degrees or special courses. Seminars, workshops, conferences, and programs (whether or not they are paid for by the Hospital) are not eligible for tuition reimbursement. Educational assistance is available for the examination leading to successful professionally-recognized certification or recertification in an appropriate specialization.
