Course Promotions. Sponsor shall be responsible for the development, implementation and costs of all Course promotions, except as otherwise provided for herein. REALTOR® and Discovering Commercial Real Estate identification may be used solely in conjunction with Course promotions. Sponsor shall provide REBAC, via electronic mail, with a weekly updated listing of all Course presentations that have been scheduled by Sponsor and an electronic mail address where interested parties may inquire about Course presentations. Sponsor hereby grants REBAC permission to post schedules and other promotional information regarding Sponsor’s Course presentations (“promotional information”), separately or together with promotional information about other licensees’ Course presentations, on any NAR- sponsored website or in any NAR-sponsored publication.

Sponsor hereby grants NAR permission to post schedules and other promotional information regarding Sponsor's Course presentations ("promotional information"), separately or together with promotional information about other licensees' Course presentations, on any NAR- sponsored website or in any NAR-sponsored publication. Sponsor further grants NAR permission to provide said promotional information to HUD for posting in any HUD-related online or print publication.

Course Promotions. 1. NAR shall post information regarding Course presentations offered by Licensee xxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx. 2. Licensee shall be responsible for all other promotion, marketing and advertising of its Course presentations and compliance with all local, state and federal laws pertaining to same. 3. Licensee may use any promotional materials that are provided on the RCS Web site, but may make no material modifications of same without NAR prior written approval. 4. Licensee may also, at its own cost, develop its own promotional materials, subject to NAR prior written approval. Said materials shall contain NAR branding and any applicable Partner’s branding, and shall be consistent with all rules for use of NAR Marks that are set forth on the RCS Web site, which shall include logos. Licensee shall seek approval for its promotional materials at least twenty (20) days prior to any deadline Licensee shall require.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period.   • VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS 10.1 All openings for instructional and administrative positions shall be posted on the District website. Notice of these vacancies shall be posted at least five (5) work days prior to the filling of such vacancy. Qualified: Anyone using the High Objective Uniform State Standard of Evaluation (HOUSSE) plan to qualify must meet the criteria outlined in School Board policy and match the certification required for the position being advertised. Alternately, state-certified teachers may also be required to "qualify" for positions by holding additional endorsements such as ESOL, Reading, and Gifted. Exception: Applicants applying for positions that require district-granted CTE certification (non-transferable) need not hold that certification prior to being selected for an interview but must meet the minimum criteria outlined in the district's Process for Granting District CTE Certificates.
