COURT AND JURY DUTY. Section 1 An officer who is subpoenaed to testify in a case involving the Federal, State or Municipal courts, or administrative agencies of the State, concerning matters that are personal in nature, and not official City of Xxxxxx police matters, shall be allowed time off charged to vacation, compensatory time, or holidays, if accrued, with prior notification and approval of the City Manager or his designee.
