Court Modification. Should any portion of this Agreement be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unreasonable, unenforceable, or void for any reason or reasons, the involved court shall modify the applicable provision(s) of this Agreement so as to be reasonable or as is otherwise necessary to make this Agreement enforceable and valid and to protect the interests of the Parties intended to be protected by this Agreement to the maximum extent possible.
Court Modification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the restrictive covenants set forth in this Section 7 are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to contain limitations as to time, geographic area or scope of activity that are not reasonable or not necessary to protect the goodwill or legitimate business interests of the Company, then such court is hereby authorized and requested to reform such provisions to the minimum extent necessary to cause the limitations contained in this Section 7 as to time, geographical area and scope of activity to be reasonable and to impose a restraint that is not greater than necessary to protect the goodwill and legitimate business interests of the Company.
Court Modification. If any term of this Appendix C is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable in the manner set forth in this Appendix C, such term shall be enforceable to the maximum extent possible under applicable law and such court shall reform such term to make it enforceable. If a court does not recognize the Company’s right to revise the Competitor List from time to time as contemplated in Section C1(a), the list of Competitors with respect to an Award will be those Competitors listed as of the date of grant of such Award.
Court Modification. If any term of this Appendix C is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable in the manner set forth in this Appendix C, such term shall be enforceable to the maximum extent possible under applicable law and such court shall reform such term to make it enforceable.
Court Modification. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court to be invalid, illegal or vague, the parties agree that such provision shall be modified or stricken by the court to the minimum extent deemed necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable and that all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

If any term of this Section V is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable in the manner set forth in this Section V, such term shall be enforceable to the maximum extent possible under applicable law and such court shall reform such term to make it enforceable.
Court Modification. If any portion of Section 6(A) is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary, or against public policy by any court or tribunal, or if the applicable law on which such Restrictive Covenant is founded is changed in any manner as to limit the enforceability of Section 6(A), then Section 6(A) will be enforced against You for a shorter period of time or in a smaller geographic area or otherwise as is determined by the tribunal to be reasonable, non-arbitrary and not against public policy. In the event of the violation by You of any of the Restrictive Covenants, the terms of each such Restrictive Covenant so violated shall be automatically extended from the date on which You permanently cease such violation for a period equal to the period in which You were in breach of the Restrictive Covenant and in any event for an overall period no longer than up to an additional 12 months.

If any term of this Section 7 is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction not to be enforceable in the manner set forth in this Section 7, such term shall be enforceable to the maximum extent possible under applicable law and such court shall reform such term to make it enforceable to such extent.

If any provision of this Lease Contract is found by a court to be invalid, illegal or vague, the parties agree that such provision shall be modified or stricken by the court to the minimum extent deemed necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable and that all other provisions of this Lease Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
Court Modification. If any provision of Section 8 or 9 is held to be unenforceable because of the scope, duration or area of its applicability, the court making such determination shall have the power to modify such scope, duration, or area, or all of them, and such provision or provisions shall then be enforceable in such modified form.
