AREA AND SCOPE. 1.4.1 This Agreement applies to the Employees working on the Project engaged on construction work within the classifications detailed in this Agreement. 1.4.2 This Agreement does not apply to: • employees of the Power Station Operator; • management and supervisory personnel; • engineers, technicians and surveyors; • clerical and administration personnel; • security personnel/traffic control personnel; • statutory employees or employees installing public utility services such as telecommunications; • employees engaged in the construction of pipelines and transmission lines and towers bringing utilities to their initial point in the development other than those included within the scope of the Project; • work on off-site infrastructure whether associated with the Project or not; • the off-site manufacturing or fabrication of goods, materials and equipment unless the Company establishes an off-site facility directly related to the Project; • warranty, repair and maintenance work performed by manufacturing agents; and
AREA AND SCOPE. This Agreement shall apply to onsite construction and commissioning work, including working within the operational areas of existing plant and facilities that forms part of the Boddington Gold Mine Expansion Project undertaken by the employees engaged by the Employer in the classifications detailed in Clause 4 of this Agreement. The Agreement shall not apply to employees, employers or contractors engaged in: • The transport of personnel to and from the Project where the employer/contractor providing the transport is not a signatory to this Agreement. • Deliveries of materials and equipment to and from the Project. • Off-site infrastructure and off-site manufacture and fabrication associated with the Project. • The installation and commissioning of transmission lines and towers. • The mining operations, mining preparation and maintenance.
AREA AND SCOPE. This Agreement shall apply to all work undertaken by Employees carrying out onsite engineering work or structural steel erection in or in connection with the Project. It shall have no application to any operations area or work. This Agreement operates in conjunction with any site rules and regulations and is supported by policies and procedures determined by the Company from time to time.

AREA AND SCOPE. (1) This Agreement shall apply to Caregivers in the State of Western Australia and eligible for membership of the Association, employed by the Employer in any of the classifications set out in this Agreement other than those Caregivers employed in Senior Executive roles, or who are employed to work in research or non-medical fields. To avoid any doubt those Caregivers employed as Heads of Department at St Xxxx of God Midland Public Hospital are within scope of this Agreement. (2) Caregivers employed under the St Xxxx of God Hospital Xxxxxxx AMA Medical Practitioners Industrial Agreement 2013, as at 27 March 2017, subject to a successful ballot, will to the extent of any inconsistencies elsewhere in the Agreement, be covered by the provisions of Schedule B. Provided that, at any time, such Caregivers may, in writing and with two weeks’ notice, elect to be covered by the provisions of this Agreement and opt out of Schedule B. Such an election will have no impact on the Caregiver’s anniversary/increment dates or level and, once made, cannot be reversed.
AREA AND SCOPE. (1) This Agreement shall apply to all caregivers eligible for membership of the union employed by the hospital throughout the State of Western Australia.

Where an inconsistency between formal policy and this Agreement exists, this Agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. Formal policies of the PTA are those that have been formally authorised and published by the Chief Executive Officer.
