Court or Jury Duty. Any time lost by an employee due to necessary attendance on Jury Duty or as a subpoenaed witness shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay. The employee shall remit to the Credit Union all monies paid to him/her by the court, except travel and meal allowances.
