Courtesy Rooms. If requested by the Employee and offered by the employer, Courtesy Rooms will not instigate penalties or per diem. However, the appropriate travel time will be paid, calculated from the time taken to reach the edge of the Calgary Zone, at the prevailing rate for the specific day that the courtesy room was used. Courtesy Rooms are not to be scheduled or abused.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.

  • Toilets Sanitary xxxx and fittings of premium international brands like American Standard, Toto or equivalent. Provision for geysers in each toilet or for pressure pumps in each Apartment. Glass partitions between dry and wet areas.

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.

  • Dressing Rooms 51.01 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided, if the physical facilities permit.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.
