  • Covenants and Conditions All provisions of this Lease to be observed or performed by Lessee are both covenants and conditions.

  • Restrictive Covenants and Confidentiality As a condition to the effectiveness of this Agreement, Executive will execute and deliver to the Company contemporaneously herewith Exhibit B, the Loyalty Agreement. Executive agrees to abide by the terms of the Loyalty Agreement, which are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
