The parties agree that all waivers, restrictions, covenants, and agreements set forth herein relate to the use, repair, maintenance or improvement of the Property or the Airport, or some part thereof, and shall run with the Property and Airport, and any grantee, successor or assign of Grantor who acquires any estate or interest in or right to use the Property shall be bound hereby for the benefit of the Airport and for the benefit of any grantee, successor or assign of Grantee, including, without, limitation, the tenants and licensees of Grantee, and all users of the Airport.

  • TENANCIES AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS The Property is believed to be and shall be taken to be correctly described and is sold subject to all express conditions, restrictions-in-interest, caveats, leases, tenancies, easements, liabilities, encumbrances and rights, if any, subsisting thereon or thereover without the obligation to define the same respectively and the Purchaser is deemed to have full knowledge thereof.
