Coverage Duration. A. Coverage begins on the Coverage Period Start Date and ends on the last day of the Coverage Period provided payment is made in full on or before the Coverage Period Start Date. Your Coverage Period is found on the Cover Page.

Coverage Duration. The Board shall make payment of insurance premiums for all faculty on continuing contract to insure coverage for the full twelve-month period of the academic calendar. Benefits will terminate at the end of May for faculty not returning the next contract year, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the President and the Association.
Coverage Duration o Twenty-six (26) weeks, recovery, age sixty-five (65), retirement or death (whichever occurs first). o STD benefits are payable after the waiting period if disease or injury prevents you from doing your own job. You are not considered disabled if you can perform a combination of duties that regularly took at least sixty (60%) percent of your time to complete.

Coverage Duration. The Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date. The Warranty must be purchased at the time the System is purchased. The Warranty period lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser, provided that the original purchaser meets the conditions of this Warranty as explained below. This Warranty is not transferable and is void upon transfer of the System to another person.

  • Product Coverage This Agreement shall apply to all manufactured products, - including capital goods, processed agricultural products, and those products failing outside the definition of agricultural products as set out in this Agreement. Agricultural products shall be excluded from the CEPT Scheme.

  • Coverage Period The Section A (Retrospective) Coverage Period will be the period from and including January 1, 2002 to but not including the Effective Time.

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive is responsible to make all payments required for any such continued health care coverage that the Executive may choose to receive.

  • Continuation of Optional Coverages During Unpaid Leave or Layoff An employee who takes an unpaid leave of absence or who is laid off may discontinue premium payments on optional policies during the period of leave or layoff. If the employee returns within one (1) year, the employee shall be permitted to pick up all optionals held prior to the leave or layoff. For purposes of reinstating such optional coverages, the following limitations shall be applicable. For the first twenty-four (24) months of long-term disability coverage after such a period of leave or layoff during which long-term disability coverage was discontinued, any such disability coverage shall exclude coverage for pre-existing conditions. For disability purposes, a pre-existing condition is defined as any disability which is caused by, or results from, any injury, sickness or pregnancy which occurred, was diagnosed, or for which medical care was received during the period of leave or layoff. In addition, any pre-existing condition limitations that would have been in effect under the policy but for the discontinuance of coverage shall continue to apply as provided in the policy. The limitations set forth above do not apply to leaves that qualify under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

  • Coverage Limits Engineer, at Engineer’s sole cost, shall purchase and maintain during the entire term while this Contract is in effect the following insurance:

  • Coverage i) It is expected that both job sharers will cover each other's incidental illnesses. If, because of unavoidable circumstances, one cannot cover the other, the unit supervisor must be notified to book coverage. Job sharers are not required to cover for their partner in the case of prolonged or extended absences.
