Coverage Effective Period Sample Clauses

The Coverage Effective Period clause defines the specific timeframe during which an insurance policy or contractual coverage is active and provides protection. Typically, this clause will state the exact start and end dates of coverage, and may outline any conditions that must be met for coverage to begin or continue, such as payment of premiums or fulfillment of certain obligations. By clearly establishing when coverage is in force, this clause ensures that both parties understand the duration of protection and helps prevent disputes over claims arising outside the agreed period.
