Coverage for Team. Members Outside Ontario. For team members in other Provinces, Hospital Benefits shall be those provided by the applicable Provincial Hospital Plans. Where the benefits under such plans are on a generally lower level than the corresponding benefits available to team members in Ontario as set forth under subsection (a) herein, the Company shall, to the extent it finds it practicable, provide benefits supplementary to the governmental benefits to make the total benefits as nearly equal as practicable to the benefits available to team members in Ontario as set forth under subsection (a) herein. For team members outside Ontario, Medical Benefits shall be those provided by the applicable Provincial Medical Plans.

  • Criteria for Tenure A. The decision to award tenure to an employee shall be a result of meritorious performance and shall be based on established criteria specified in writing by the University. The decision shall take into account the following:

  • Quality of Service Contractor shall perform its services with care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with the applicable professional standards currently recognized by such profession, and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, completeness, and coordination of all reports, designs, drawings, plans, information, specifications, and/or other items and services furnished under this Agreement. Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies immediately upon discovery in its reports, drawings, specifications, designs, and/or other related items or services.

  • How to Add or Remove Coverage for Family Members If your plan offers family coverage, you must notify your employer if you want to add or remove family members according to the Special Enrollment provisions described above. When adding or removing a family member, inform your employer in advance of the requested effective date and your employer will notify us. All requests must be made through your employer. We cannot directly add or remove coverage for you or your family members.

  • Deviation from Grievance Procedure The Employer agrees that, after a grievance has been discussed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure the Employer or his representatives shall not initiate any discussion or negotiations with respect to the grievance, either directly or indirectly with the aggrieved employee without the consent of the xxxxxxx or the Union.
