Covered Business Expense. For Members enrolled in a Commercial Benefit Program, to which California Health and Safety Code Section 1374.192 or California Insurance Code Section 10120.35 applies, Health Plan shall reimburse Provider for business expenses to prevent the spread of respiratory-transmitted infectious disease-causing public health emergencies declared on or after January 1, 2022, as specified in California Health and Safety Code Section 1374.192 and the California Insurance Code Section 10120.35 (“Covered Business Expense”). To receive reimbursement, Provider must bill such Covered Business Expense using CPT code 99072. Provider will be reimbursed at one hundred percent (100%) of the rates set forth in the Blue Shield Provider Allowances per in-person Member encounter irrespective of the number of Covered Services rendered during that encounter. Reimbursement for Covered Business Expenses is limited to one encounter per day per Member for the duration of the public health emergency. This Exhibit C only applies to Covered Services rendered to Medi-Cal Members. 1. The following is added to Article II as section 2.4 (b): Except with respect to Emergency Services, and family planning and obstetrical/ gynecological services, Provider shall refer Medi-Cal Members for Covered Services to Health Plan Providers. Provider understands and acknowledges that Medi-Cal Members may self-refer for obstetrical/gynecological services without prior approval with any contracted and credentialed Plan OB/GYN provider. Upon and following such referral, Provider shall coordinate the provision of such Covered Services to Medi-Cal Members and ensure continuity of care. 2. The following is added as section 2.9 to Article II:

  • Business Expense Reimbursements During the Term, the Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for Executive’s reasonable and necessary business expenses in accordance with the Company’s then-prevailing policies and procedures for expense reimbursement (which shall include appropriate itemization and substantiation of expenses incurred).

  • Annual Business Plan (a) On or before November 15th of each year during the term of this Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner for Owner's prior approval an annual business and leasing plan in accordance with the requirements of EXHIBIT D hereto (as such EXHIBIT D may be modified by Owner from time to time) (the "ANNUAL BUSINESS PLAN"). The Annual Business Plan shall be a comprehensive plan for the management, operation, leasing, repair, maintenance and promotion of the Property and for the other matters set forth on EXHIBIT D. Manager shall consult the Owner concerning the proposed Annual Business Plan and shall promptly incorporate therein such changes as Owner may direct. The Annual Business Plan, and all budgets contained therein, shall be in a form consistent with the Reporting Package. (b) Manager shall: (i) perform its duties hereunder in accordance with the Approved Annual Business Plan; and (ii) use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the actual costs of maintaining and operating the Property do not exceed the operating budget (the "OPERATING BUDGET") which is a part of the Approved Annual Business Plan either in total or in any one accounting category. All actual expenses must be charged to the proper account on a basis consistent with the Operating Budget classifications and Reporting Package. Except in case of emergencies which could reasonably pose a threat of injury to persons or property, in which event Manager shall inform Owner of such emergency within two (2) business days, no expense may be reclassified except as needed to correct an inadvertent error. Manager will secure Owner's prior approval for any expenditure that will result in a variance of the greater of $5,000 or 5% of the annual budgeted amount in any one accounting line item of the Operating Budget. In addition, Manager shall obtain Owner's prior approval for any expenditure in excess of $5,000, regardless of whether such expenditure is set forth in the Approved Annual Business Plan. (c) Owner shall have the right to require changes in the Approved Annual Business Plan from time to time; provided, however, that Owner shall provide Manager with at least fifteen (15) days' notice of such changes.

  • Business Expenses and Perquisites Upon delivery of adequate documentation of expenses incurred in accordance with the policies and practices of the Company, Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company for reasonable travel, entertainment and other business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with such policies as the Company may from time to time have in effect.

All such expenditures incurred or paid by Lender for such purposes will then bear interest at the rate charged under the Note from the date incurred or paid by Lender to the date of repayment by Xxxxxxxx. All such expenses will become a part of the Indebtedness and, at Lender’s option, will (A) be payable on demand; (B) be added to the balance of the Note and be apportioned among and be payable with any installment payments to become due during either (1) the term of any applicable insurance policy; or (2) the remaining term of the Note; or (C) be treated as a balloon payment which will be due and payable at the Note’s maturity.
