Coyote Canyon Landfill. Daily OM&M Flare and Blower Station and liquid conveyance systems The flare and blower station shall be monitored daily. Monitoring includes the liquid conveyance systems, blowers, flares and compressor. The data obtained shall be evaluated, and any modifications, adjustments, or recommendations shall be implemented during each successive site visit, or immediately, should it be warranted. Monitoring data for the following must be recorded on a daily basis in a format acceptable to OC Waste & Recycling, including but not limited to: • Daily condensate sump inspection and transfer of condensate to holding tank. • Daily Station Readings: Flare inlet LFG composition, flare temperature, LFG inlet flow, flow totalizer, condensate meter from field, condensate tank level. • As needed, respond to flare shutdown autodialed call-outs during non-daylight hours and weekends within 4 hours of the call-out. Coyote Canyon Landfill. The services required under this Contract includes maintenance of the groundwater systems at the South Region closed site However, other liquid conveyance systems such as reclaimed water system, potable water system, leachate collection/storage system, landfill gas condensate collection/storage system, etc. need to be maintained in good operational condition and may require some repair work to be provided on an as-needed as-requested basis. The Groundwater Extraction System (System) at Coyote Canyon Landfill was designed to extract impacted groundwater and to collect spring water. Both groundwater and spring water are disposed of in an existing sewer riser. The System currently consists of: six (6) extraction xxxxx with six (6) pneumatic pumps, one

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Environmental Tobacco Smoke Public Law 103-227 (also known as the Pro-Children Act of 1994) and Vermont’s Act 135 (2014) (An act relating to smoking in lodging establishments, hospitals, and child care facilities, and on State lands) restrict the use of tobacco products in certain settings. Party shall ensure that no person is permitted: (i) to use tobacco products or tobacco substitutes as defined in 7 V.S.A. § 1001 on the premises, both indoor and outdoor, of any licensed child care center or afterschool program at any time; (ii) to use tobacco products or tobacco substitutes on the premises, both indoor and in any outdoor area designated for child care, health or day care services, kindergarten, pre-kindergarten, elementary, or secondary education or library services; and (iii) to use tobacco products or tobacco substitutes on the premises of a licensed or registered family child care home while children are present and in care. Party will refrain from promoting the use of tobacco products for all clients and from making tobacco products available to minors. Failure to comply with the provisions of the federal law may result in the imposition of a civil monetary penalty of up to $1,000 for each violation and/or the imposition of an administrative compliance order on the responsible entity. The federal Pro-Children Act of 1994, however, does not apply to portions of facilities used for inpatient drug or alcohol treatment; service providers whose sole source of applicable federal funds is Medicare or Medicaid; or facilities where Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) coupons are redeemed.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.
