Credentialed Evaluator. for purposes of this policy, each teacher subject to evaluation will be evaluated by a person who: (1) Meets the eligibility requirements under O.R.C. Section 3319.111(D); and (2) Holds a credential established by the Ohio Department of Education for teacher evaluation; and (3) Has completed state-sponsored evaluation training and has passed an online credentialing assessment. (4) Is an employee of the Richmond Heights Local School District, including Cuyahoga County Education Service Center employees who work at least seventy-five percent (75%) of their time in the District. The Board shall authorize the Superintendent/designee to approve and maintain a list of credentialed evaluators as necessary to effectively implement this policy.
