Evaluation Framework. The document created and approved by the ODE that establishes the Standards-Based evaluation of teachers in accordance with Ohio Rev. Code § 3319.111(A).

Evaluation Framework.
31.1 SRA must develop an Evaluation Framework within six months of the Effective Date. The Evaluation Framework must:
(a) be consistent with SRA’s Strategic Plan;
(b) ensure that key performance related information is routinely collected and monitored;
(c) include a structured plan for the systematic evaluation of the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of SRA’s key investments; and
(d) include a means of publishing and disseminating relevant Research and Development outcomes and the outcomes of evaluations.
31.2 SRA must:
(a) consult with the Commonwealth in preparing the Evaluation Framework;
(b) participate in any evaluation project relevant to SRA’s operations which is established for all RDCs; and
(c) apply the Evaluation Framework to Programs on a regular basis and report on evaluation outcomes.
31.3 The Evaluation Framework must be published on its public website within 30 days of being adopted by SRA.
Evaluation Framework. Teacher evaluation ratings shall be determined in accordance with the parties’ January 10, 2017 Interim Agreement on Teacher Evaluation. Any changes to the teacher evaluation rubric identified in the Interim Agreement shall be made by mutual agreement through the Joint Evaluation Committee.
Evaluation Framework. The WPREU was created in May 2012 to build on existing evaluation work, create an evaluation toolkit, establish a consistent approach to monitoring and evaluation of WP activities across the University, and deliver institution-specific WP related research. WPREU is implementing and developing an evaluation framework across a number of areas. Currently, we are: creating an institution-specific map and typology of WP activities to inform the further development of the evaluation framework; developing an evaluation toolkit (section 6.1.2); delivering a number of detailed evaluation projects (section 6.1.3); putting arrangements in place to track the progression of former participants (section 6.1.4); implementing a regular practitioner feedback cycle to ensure that WP practice across the university is informed by evaluation outcomes.
Evaluation Framework. Each teacher (including teachers who are in the RESA Program) will be evaluated according to the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System Framework, which is aligned with the “Standards for the Teaching Profession” adopted by ORC. Each teacher will be evaluated using the multiple factors set forth in the State Board of Education’s teacher evaluation framework. Using the multiple factors set forth in the Framework, the teacher’s Final Holistic Rating will be based upon a combination of informal and formal observations and supporting evidence using the Teacher Performance Evaluation Rubric.
Evaluation Framework. An evaluation framework should be established, inter alia, to:
(a) ensure that performance-related information is generated by the Program Framework is routinely collected and monitored;
(b) contribute to cost-benefit studies which should by systematically undertaken to provide information on such matters as adoption and impacts of investments; and
(c) contribute RDC-wide evaluation processes include that managed by the Council Rural Research and Development Corporations Chairs.
