Credentialed Teachers Sample Clauses

Credentialed Teachers. CHARTER shall only employ teachers who meet the requirements of Education Code Section 47605(l) credential, permit or waiver requirements of the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing applicable to the instructional assignment of the teacher in CHARTER. It is mutually agreed that enrichment classes, including but not limited to music, art, technology, secondary language and physical education, constitute non core, non-college preparatory courses.
