Credit Allowances. 1. In the event of an interruption to the service provided pursuant to any of Schedule 10.9.1 by a Party (the "Providing Party") to the other Party (the "Receiving Party") which is not due to the negligence or willful act of Receiving Party or its Customer, upon notice and application by Receiving Party an allowance will be made for the time interruption continues.
