Credit Card Fraud. Newegg will bear the risk of credit card fraud occurring in connection with a purchase of a Product through the Website. As used herein, the term "Credit Card Fraud" means the fraudulent purchase of a Product arising from the theft and unauthorized use of a third party's credit card information. However, Newegg will not bear the risk of Credit Card Fraud in connection with Seller's fulfillment of a Product which is not fulfilled strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
