OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
Non-Credit Courses In all cases, no tuition remission shall be made for courses not carrying academic credit, with the exception of nursery school. Individuals may take noncredit courses for one- half of the normal course fee, but no person will be allowed to take two or more such courses simultaneously at this rate. Registration will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis with no more than twenty percent of the total available places being held for this purpose. A course not being closed on the first day of class may have additional individuals admitted at one-half of the normal course fee.
Streamcourse Protection “Streamcourses” that are subject to provisions of this Section are shown on Sale Area Map. Unless otherwise agreed, the following measures shall be observed to protect Streamcourses:
Extensions and Renewals All extensions or renewals of leaves shall be applied for and granted in writing.
Financial Commitment 4.1. The cost associated with the representative season (refer representative season handbook) MUST be paid with the signing of this agreement.
Modifications/Add-ons 6.3.1 Licensee shall comply with SAP’s registration procedure prior to making Modifications or Add-ons. All Modifications and all rights associated therewith shall be the exclusive property of SAP, SAP Parent or its or their licensors. All Add-ons developed by SAP (either independently or jointly with Licensee) and all rights associated therewith shall be the exclusive property of SAP, SAP Parent or its or their licensors. Licensee agrees to execute those documents reasonably necessary to secure SAP’s rights in the foregoing Modifications and Add-ons. All Add-ons developed by or on behalf of Licensee without SAP’s participation (“Licensee Add-on”), and all rights associated therewith, shall be the exclusive property of Licensee subject to SAP’s rights in and to the Software and SAP Materials; provided, Licensee shall not commercialize, market, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, assign or otherwise alienate any such Licensee Add-ons. SAP retains the right to independently develop its own Modifications or Add-ons to the Software, and Licensee agrees not to take any action that would limit SAP’s sale, assignment, licensing or use of its own Software or Modifications or Add-ons thereto.
Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
Management and Financial Controls At all times, the School shall maintain appropriate governance and management procedures and financial controls which shall include, but not be limited to: (a) budgets, (b) accounting policies and procedures, (c) payroll procedures,
Mentoring Leave A. Eligible employees may receive up to forty (40) hours of mentoring leave per calendar year to participate in mentoring activities once they have used an equal amount of their personal time for these activities. Mentoring leave is paid leave time which may only be used by an employee to mentor. This leave does not count as time worked for purposes of overtime. Mentoring leave may not be used for travel to and from the mentoring location.
Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3. Reimbursements shall be made by OEM upon approval by OEM of an RFR. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Subrecipient for the Project, in accordance with the Emergency Management Performance Grants guidance and application materials, including without limitation the United States Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO), that are not excluded from reimbursement by OEM, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit.
