Common use of Credit Union Clause in Contracts

Credit Union. Section 1. The Employer agrees to make payroll deductions available to employees who wish to participate in the State Employees Credit Union, as designated by the Union, and any one of the Credit Unions duly chartered under State or Federal statutes and approved by the Employer. Section 2. The Employer shall remit the deductions of employees together with an itemized statement to the applicable Credit Union designated under Section 1 above within 30 days following the end of the calendar month in which deductions were made. Section 3. a. The Employer shall establish rules, procedures and forms which it deems necessary to extend payroll deductions for Credit Union purposes.
