Common use of Credits Clause in Contracts

Credits. An employee shall earn sick leave credits a t the rate of one and one- quarter (1 days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for ten (10) days or more. Grantin g o f Sic k Leave An employee shall be eligible for sick leave with pay when he i s unable to perform his duties because o f illness or injury under the following conditions:

Such credits shall not be carried over in the following conditions:next fiscal year and are available only if the employee has already used fifteen sick leave credits during the current fiscal year.
