Common use of Credits Clause in Contracts

Credits. An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and a quarter (1 days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for at least ten (10) days. Subject to (1) and (2) below, and to the remainder of this Article, all absences on account of illness on a normal working day (exclusive of designated holidays) shall be charged against an employee's accumulated sick leave credits except:

Credits. Sick leave will only be used to compensate employees who are unable to work because of illness or injury. An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and a quarter (1 1.25) days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for at least ten (10) days. Subject to (1) and (2) below, and to the remainder of this Article, all absences on account of illness on a normal working day (exclusive of designated holidays) shall be charged against an employee's accumulated sick leave credits except:

Sick leave will be prorated for part time employees and casual employees will not be eligible for sick leave. Employees that have more than fifty (50)days of sick leave credits before December will continue to hold their credits and not earn further credits until their sick leave reserve goes below fifty (50) days. Subject to (1) and (2) below, and to the remainder of this Article, all absences on account of illness on a normal working day (exclusive of designated holidays) shall be charged against an employee's accumulated sick leave credits except:

An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and a one-quarter (1 1%) days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for at least ten (10) days to a maximum of twenty-five (25) days. Subject to Employees with more than twenty-five (125) and (2) below, and to the remainder days of this Article, all absences on account of illness on a normal working day (exclusive of designated holidays) shall be charged against an employee's accumulated sick leave credits except:shall retain those credits, but shall not use more than eighty-five
