Common use of Credits Clause in Contracts

Credits. An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and (1%) days for each calendar month for which he receives pay for at least ten (10) days. Subject to the remainder of this Article, all absences on account of illness on a normal working day shall be charged against an employee's accumulated sick leave credits.
