CREW SIZE. 251. To promote safe working conditions, when either of the pile driving water rigs currently in service (October 1998) are driving or pulling pile, the rig shall include one (1) 9332 Piledriver Supervisor I and five (5) 9330 Pile Workers.

CREW SIZE. 251. ‌ To promote safe working conditions, when either of the pile driving water rigs currently in service (services on October 1998) 1998 are driving or pulling pile, the rig shall include one one (1) 9332 Piledriver Supervisor I I, and five six (56) 9330 Pile Workers. When new equipment is put into operation, crew size will be in accordance with the terms of the 2000-2004 Master Labor Agreement between the Associated General Contractors and the Pile Drivers Union. The Piledriver Supervisor I may designate a lead worker as described under the “Lead Worker” provisions herein.
