Criminal Actions. Any Credit Party, any of its Subsidiaries shall be indicted or convicted for a state or federal crime or any other criminal action having the force of law for a felony that would reasonably be expected to materially impair any rights or remedies of the Administrative Agent or any Lender under any Loan Document.
