Criteria and Process for Decision. (a) Representatives of the Commission, as well as other agencies, public groups and individuals who are not parties to this IFA, will participate in all stages of this analysis and will receive materials generated in support of this effort. The Parties agree to work collaboratively to evaluate whether the environmental impacts can be reasonably and cost effectively mitigated. The City will seriously consider suggestions by the Commission, as well as all other participants, throughout the analysis. The Parties are not, through this IFA, making resource commitments to this analytic effort.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Evaluation Process A. The immediate supervisor will meet with an employee at the start of the employee’s probationary, trial services, transition, and annual review period to discuss performance expectations. The employee will receive copies of their performance expectations as well as notification of any modifications made during the review period. Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary, trial service and transition review periods and at least annually thereafter. Notification will be given to a probationary or trial service employee whose work performance is determined to be unsatisfactory.

  • Technical Objections to Grievance No grievance will be defeated or denied by any minor technical objection.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both parties to this agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • PROCEDURES AND/OR CRITERIA FOR COURSE ARTICULATION a. Complete the ROP Careers with Children course at Freedom High School with a grade of “B” or better.
