Criteria for Courses. (A) the subject matter of the course 14 should relate directly to the position currently occupied by the unit member, or (B) 15 the subject matter of the course should meet the requirements of the position for 16 which the unit member is training, or (C) the course is required for a degree 17 program appropriate to service in public education.
