  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project. Applicant shall have the right to contest the findings of the District’s external auditor pursuant to Section 4.9 above.

  • ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY 8 1. Enhanced services for events on CITY property. At the request of CITY, 9 through its City Manager, SHERIFF may provide enhanced law enforcement 10 services for functions, such as community events, conducted on property 11 that is owned, leased or operated by CITY. SHERIFF shall determine 12 personnel and equipment needed for such enhanced services. To the 13 extent the services provided at such events are at a level greater than that 14 specified in Attachment A of this Agreement, CITY shall reimburse COUNTY 15 for such additional services, at an amount computed by SHERIFF, based on 16 the current year’s COUNTY law enforcement cost study. The cost of these 17 enhanced services shall be in addition to the Maximum Obligation of CITY 18 set forth in Subsection G-2 of this Agreement.   • Special Education Special education services, related services, and accommodations for students who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any applicable provisions of state law, shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal law, this Agreement and Authorizer rules and policies. The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.

  • Long Term Cost Evaluation Criterion # 4 READ CAREFULLY and see in the RFP document under "Proposal Scoring and Evaluation".   • Continuing Education The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.
