Common use of Critical Emergency Leave Bank Clause in Contracts

Critical Emergency Leave Bank. There shall also be established a Critical Emergency Leave Bank (CELB). Any accrual over the maximum four hundred eighty (480) hours allowed in the regular personal leave account may be credited to the CELB account up to a maximum of seven hundred twenty (720) hours. To transfer excess time to the CELB, those employees with accrual over 480 hours in the Personal Leave Account on September 30 each fiscal year shall elect a transfer option immediately after the close of the fiscal year, but no later than October 31. The CELB account shall be used as follows:
