CRITICISM OF PERFORMANCE. Any criticism of an employee by a supervisor, administrator, or other agent of the College shall be made in confidence and never in the presence of students, other employees (except Association representatives in private meetings who are acting in the role of Association representatives), community members, or at public gatherings.
