CSEA COMMUNICATION. The Association shall have the right to use without charge institutional bulletin boards, mailboxes, and the use of the school mail system, and other District means of communication for the introduction or transmission of information of notices concerning the Association. This right shall not intrude on bargaining unit members' right to privacy.
