CTEAC Layoff. When a determination is made that a CTEAC’s services are no longer required, the CTEAC will be so notified (hereinafter “notice of layoff”) 14 days in advance of the effective date of layoff. The provisions of Appendix I of the collective bargaining agreement will be followed.
