Commencement and Termination Dates. The initial term of this Agreement shall be for twelve (12) months from the date of the Effective Date, and shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless either party provides written notice to the contrary to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current term (the “Term”); provided that (i) this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the sale of the Property or any portion thereof (in which event only as to such portion of the Property sold) and (ii) the Company or Property Manager may terminate this Agreement upon the conditions set forth in Section 15 below.

Within 10 days following the Commencement Date, Sublessor shall prepare, sign and deliver to Sublessee a certificate substantially in the form of EXHIBIT C, and within 10 days following the receipt thereof Sublessee will execute and deliver it to Sublessor. If Sublessee disagrees with any of Sublessor's statements in such certificate, the parties shall meet and confer in good faith to try to resolve their differences.
Commencement and Termination Dates. The term of this Sublease ("Sublease Term") shall be for the period of time commencing on the date that Sublessor delivers the Sublease Premises to Sublessee (the "Commencement Date") and ending on the termination date described in Article 1 or on such earlier date of termination as provided herein (the "Termination Date"). Promptly following the Commencement Date, the parties shall execute a Notice of Commencement Date, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, which shall thereafter be made a part of this Sublease.
Commencement and Termination Dates. Each demonstration project under this Act—
(1) shall commence within 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act [Oct. 31, 1998]; and
(2) shall terminate by the end of the 5-year period beginning on the date on which such project com- mences, except that the project may continue beyond the end of such 5-year period—
(A) to the extent necessary to validate the re- sults of the project; and
(B) to the extent provided for under subsection (h)(2)(B).
