Common use of Customer Complaint Program Clause in Contracts

Customer Complaint Program. The QC Program shall include a Customer Comments and Complaint Program and the processing system. The Program shall identify and correct valid customer complaints and provide feedback to the Government and customers on corrective action(s) taken. The term customer includes customers internal and external to the organizations identified by the contract.
