  • Standards for Network Elements 1.8.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements set forth in the technical references, as well as any performance or other requirements identified in this Agreement, to the extent that they are consistent with the greater of BellSouth’s actual performance or applicable industry standards.

  • Customer Care a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. § 155.205 and § 155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tools and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public.   • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.
