Customer Enrollment. To use Mobile Deposit, you must be a Waterford account holder and have agreed to both the Internet Banking Agreement and the Mobile Banking Agreement. A separate enrollment process for the Mobile Deposit Service may be required by Waterford in its sole discretion, and not all new or existing Waterford customers may be eligible to enroll in and use the Mobile Deposit Service. Waterford shall have the sole and absolute discretion regarding enrollment and use of Mobile Deposit and to determine any specific deposit limits applicable to a particular customer. In evaluating customers for enrollment in the Mobile Deposit Service, Waterford may utilize information regarding the customer’s account history with Waterford and may request financial and other information from a customer in order to evaluate the risks of providing the Service.

Customer Enrollment. Customers will have the option to enroll and complete the transition forms with GHL via phone or online. Customers who enroll will be required to provide their contact and billing information to GHL, and will receive a welcome letter, a copy of their new contract, and a service sticker for their equipment. These customers will enjoy the same service that they did with PSE prior to closing, with 100% service parts and labor coverage. Termination: Customer will have an option to terminate their existing rental agreement with PSE. This option will be available to customers during the transition period until the closing date. Customers will be able to terminate their assigned lease agreement after closing by contacting GHL.
Customer Enrollment. Choice Supplier will provide notification of customer enrollment, including, but not limited to customer name and respective account number, for all customers on whose behalf Choice Supplier is authorized to deliver gas. All customers enrolled by the 15th of each month will be transferred to their respective Choice Supplier effective with their next calendar month meter read. Enrollment information must be provided via approved internet based Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, or as otherwise determined by Company.
